The preliminary design concept is a blend of your wishes, the specific site conditions and my creative insight.

Once the preliminary design concept is customized and agreed upon, a master plan is then generated.

Collaboration is one of the key aspects a designer must always keep in mind.  In my 35 years in the landscape design business I've learned that the design process is always a joint effort between myself and my client.  The client's wishes are most important, after all, they will be living with the design for many years.
